Welcome to the continuation of my book The Diary of a Sugar Mom: Don’t Tell the Kids. I call this a work of “faction.” Facts are woven into make believe in this story.

Listen as my heroine, Dora, continues her journey of love and angst, and the emotional choices of leaving her children and a husband behind so she can take a job in another city.

Here’s my reminder.

If you are just starting to listen to my podcast and my audiobook, stop! Download and listen to the whole series, for free on iTunes and listen to my book from Chapter 1.

You’ll also find podcasts of me reading from my real life blog about my journey from diagnosis to surviving Ovarian Cancer. Share them with someone you love who needs to feel less alone in her struggle.

But now, back to Dora. Dora, short for Pandora. She opens the box to a lifestyle that she never imagined she could live in, let alone NEED to live in.

I welcome your comments. Please reach me through my website, SugarMom.Net.

And the Mom Came Tumbling Down!

This is a, “I remember this like it just happened yesterday,” kinda’ story! Walking downstairs, to get my first cup of coffee for the day, wearing my worn out pink bathrobe, with two dogs at my feet, and no- I can’t blame the dogs, although I was groggier than normal because of a crazy dream […]

Have I got a Story for YOU!

And this could Only happen in My World… It began like this: years ago, I bought my 18 and 21 year olds’ plane tickets to come from NY to Charlotte. I know: “What a GOOD Mommy!” Wait:It was D-Day! I orchestrated one “know it all” child, coming from Iona, to be with the other “I’m a Princess” child, in […]
